How To Cook Energy Candies From Dried Apricots And Nuts - Recipe

Required products :

  • 1 teaspoon dried apricots, pitted
  • 1/2 cup dried dates, pitted
  • 1 teaspoon porridge
  • 1/2 cup coconut shavings, unsweetened
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Method of preparation :

  • Mix all ingredients in a food processor.
  • Mash until combined and look like large crumbs.
  • Form candies with a diameter of about 2.5 centimeters and spread them on a tray.
  • Submit and enjoy them.

  • apricots: vitamin A, vitamin C, honey, fiber, potassium, catechins / polyphenols with anti-inflammatory effect, also contained in green tea /
  • dates: selenium, copper, zinc, fiber, vitamin B6
  • porridge: copper, phosphorus, manganese, magnesium and zinc
  • coconut: vitamin C, iron, calcium, vitamin B6, magnesium
