Required products :

  • 1 tablespoon cold pressed olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon spinach
  • 1/2 teaspoon quinoa, boiled
  • 1 teaspoon strawberries, cut in half
  • 3/4 teaspoon blueberries
  • 1/2 avocado, chopped in bulk
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

Method of preparation :

 

  • In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, lemon juice and honey. Stir and set aside.
  • In a medium bowl, combine the spinach, boiled quinoa, strawberries and blueberries.
  • Sprinkle with 3/4 of the honey dressing and mix gently to taste evenly.
  • Add the avocado slices and sprinkle with chia seeds.
  • Season the salad with the rest of the dressing and serve.
