Required products :
- 2 handfuls of fresh figs / or dried, soaked and drained /
- 2 pitted dates
- 2 ripe bananas, sliced in bulk
- 2 stalks of celery, cut in bulk
- 3 cm ginger root, grated
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 small handful of raw hazelnuts
- 1 teaspoon filtered water
Method of preparation :
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour the fig smoothie into cups and garnish with fresh fruit.
- Serve with a smile.
