Required products :

1 white fish

700 grams of potatoes

300 grams of carrots

2 onions

2/3 tea cup sour cream with a fat content of 20%

100 milliliters of mineral water

salt and pepper to taste

butter

Method of preparation :

Fill the pots with water and leave for about 20 minutes. This is done in order to moisturize the clay pores and make the food more juicy, as well as the smell (in the case of fish) does not absorb into the walls of the vessel.

Clean the fish, wash it and cut it into pieces. It is not necessary to use a lot of spices, it is enough to add a little salt and possibly a little black pepper, because the taste of the fish cooked in a casserole is special and changes significantly under the influence of spices.

Peel the potatoes, carrots and onions, put them in water.

Cut onions into semicircles.

Carrots - on thin straws.

And the potatoes - in thin rectangles.

Fry onions and carrots in oil, add a little salt.

Add mineral water and salt to the cream.

Take care of filling the pots. First, arrange them on a tray lined with baking paper. Then divide the vegetables into layers at the bottom. About 1/3 of the dish is for potatoes,

the second row is of fried onions and carrots,

and the third is of fish.

Finish with the cream and close the pots.

Place them on the lowest level of the oven and then turn it on to heat.

The dish is prepared for more than an hour at a temperature of 180 degrees, which gradually decreases to 150 degrees.

You can check the readiness with a knife: open the casserole and pierce the fish. The color of the juice indicates whether the dish is ready.

Serve with lettuce.

Enjoy your meal!
