Necessary products

For the meatballs:

600 grams of fish fillet

50 grams of bacon

2 onions

1 egg

For the stuffing:

250 grams of mushrooms

1 onion

2 tablespoons butter

About the breading:

5 tablespoons flour

2 tablespoons oil

1 egg

frying oil

100 milliliters of water

salt to taste

Method of preparation :

Make minced meat by grinding the fillet and bacon together, add onion, egg and salt to taste. Then prepare the stuffing: boil and chop the mushrooms, fry them in butter with chopped onions.

Take some of the minced meat, form a "cake" in your palm, put the stuffing and make meatballs. Dip the liquid dough you have obtained by mixing the breading products and fry in hot oil (use a large amount of fat). Do all the meatballs this way.

You can serve with pickles and homemade mayonnaise or with a side dish of your choice.
