Required products :
750 grams of fish fillet of your choice
1 teaspoon rice
5 tomatoes
2 heads old onion
1 clove garlic
thyme, marjoram, salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons tomato paste
juice of 1/4 lemon
1/2 teaspoon oil
canned corn on request
Method of preparation :
Boil the rice in salted water.
Fry the chopped onion for 5 minutes with the crushed garlic cloves and finely chopped tomatoes.
Pour the oil into a suitable container, pour in the rice, vegetables, season to taste and arrange the pieces of fish fillet on top.
Sprinkle them with lemon juice and let the dish simmer under a lid until the fish is ready.
