  • 600 grams of flour
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 10 grams of sugar
  • 10 grams - 15 grams of salt
  • 50 milliliters of beer
  • 1/2 cube live yeast
  • 200 milliliters of warm water
  • 150-200 grams of sliced ​​turkey meat
  • 150-200 grams of yellow cheese in slices
  • 1 egg yolk + 1 tablespoon milk
  • 10 grams of poppy seeds for sprinkling
  • 20-30 grams of butter to spread on the bread
  • salt or colored salt to taste

 

Method of preparation:

 

Put the flour in a bowl, add the sugar, salt, olive oil, beer and yeast diluted in water. Stir with a wooden stirrer, then knead the dough with your hands. It is good to stand for about an hour to rise.
