Required products :

  • 500 grams of wheat flour
  • 25 grams of sugar
  • 2 pinches of salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 300 milliliters of fresh milk
  • 5 grams of may
  • 80 grams of butter
  • 200 grams of mozzarella


Method of preparation :

In a deep bowl, mix 250 milliliters of warm milk with the sugar and yeast. Beat one egg, add it to this combination.

Sift the flour, add a pinch of salt and pour it into the milk mass.

Knead the dough, add the butter at room temperature and knead once more.

Transfer to a deep bowl, cover with cling film and leave in a warm place until the volume has doubled. Beat the dough on the kitchen counter and leave it warm again.

Cut the mozzarella into thin strips.

Spread a round form with parchment paper, on which evenly distribute the dough.

Make incisions on its surface, put the mozzarella in them.

 

Cover with cling film and the dough should rise again (keep warm).

Beat the second egg together with 2 tablespoons of milk and a pinch of salt. Spread on the surface and bake for a quarter of an hour in the oven at 200 degrees.
