How To Cook Focaccia With Spices, Olives, Garlic And Sesame - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Focaccia with spices, olives, garlic and sesame". Delicious recipe.

Necessary products:

1 teaspoon fennel

1 handful of olives

1 tablespoon sugar

1 teaspoon salt

1/3 teaspoon oil

1 teaspoon dry yeast

1 teaspoon of water (but better yogurt, whey or other yogurt)

2.5 teaspoons flour

thyme

garlic (1 - 2 cloves)

rosemary

sesame

Method of preparation:

Heat the water or whey to body temperature, add the yeast, salt, sugar and half of the flour. Knead the dough, close the pan with a lid (no need to cover with a towel) and leave in a warm place for an hour - an hour and a half until it swells like a fluffy hat. Then add the oil and the rest of the flour (the amount of flour is approximate). The dough should be obtained gently, but not stick to the hands. It is not necessary to knead for a long time, it is enough for the consistency to be uniform. Add the spices, olives and garlic. Divide the dough into two parts, form cakes from them and make indentations on their surface with your fingers. Sprinkle with sesame seeds, leave for 20 minutes, then bake your focaccia in the oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes. While the finished cakes are still hot, you can cover them with a towel to make them soft. If you prefer them crispy, do not cover with anything.

Feta cheese and a cup of sweet coffee are a great addition to the fragrant focaccia.

Enjoy your meal!
