How To Cook Fresh Potatoes With Smoked Breast And Garlic Spice With Dill - Recipe

Required products :

  • 1 kg of fresh potatoes
  • 300 grams of smoked breasts of your choice (you can use bacon)
  • 2 heads of old onions
  • 100 milliliters of oil
  • 1 teaspoon of salt and a mix of appropriate spices
  • 6 cloves garlic
  • connection green onions
  • connection dill

 

Method of preparation :

Wash and dry the potatoes. Put them in a large bowl and season.

Cut the smoked breast/bacon into cubes or strips, pour it into a cold pan and place it on a medium-hot plate.

Once the pieces are fried (in their own fat), add the chopped onion to them.

Then transfer the combination to a pan, making sure most of the fat stays in the pan.

Fry the potatoes in it and add them to the pan.

Cover it with a sheet of aluminum foil and place in the oven for about 40 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.

Saturate the dill, mash the garlic, mix them and pour the oil over them. Stir.

Pour the aromatic spice over the prepared potatoes with the pieces of smoked breast and stir.

You can serve the dish with fresh vegetables, suitable sauce, fresh bread or toasted slices.
