How To Cook Fresh Salad With Cauliflower, Peas, Black Sesame And Herbal Pesto - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 200-300 grams of cauliflower flowers
  • 20 grams of black sesame seeds
  • 150 grams of boiled peas
  • salt, pepper and lemon juice to taste
  • half a bunch of fresh coriander
  • a few leaves of fresh parsley
  • 2-3 basil leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon olive oil

 

Method of preparation:

 

Blanch the cauliflower in salted water, dry and put in a blender. Beat until crumbly and pour into a bowl. Add salt, pepper, lemon juice and add peas and sesame seeds.

Stir and divide the salad into bowls. Put the fresh spices in a blender and pour the olive oil. Beat until smooth and cool. Garnish the salad with the resulting pesto.
