For the caramel sauce:
Method of preparation :
Pour the pecans into the sugar syrup and leave them in it until the next day. Then drain the excess sweet liquid and put the nuts for 15 minutes in the oven at 135 degrees.
Caramelize the sugar for the sauce by gradually pouring in the hot water, boiling well, cooling and then adding the soy sauce.
Put the butter in a hot pan, then pour the caramel sauce, heat to melt. Arrange the bananas cut into equal quarters and fry them for 3-4 minutes on high heat.
Remove the fruit from the bowl, place them on a plate, garnish with pecans and serve with a scoop of cream ice cream.
