Required products :
4 fillets of catfish
1/4 teaspoon corn and wheat flour
1/4 teaspoon red, cayenne and white pepper
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme and salt
1 teaspoon dried basil and onion powder
1/4 teaspoon a glass of butter
Method of preparation :
In a plastic bag, mix the two types of flour, onion powder, basil, salt, thyme and the three types of ground pepper. Then add the fish fillet and shake so that the fillet is covered with the mixture of aromatic spices.
Heat a frying pan, heat the butter in it and then put the fillet.
Let it fry for 6-8 minutes on both sides.
