Learn how to cook "Fruit smoothie with buckwheat and parsley sprouts". Delicious recipe.
Required products (for two servings) :
3 tablespoons buckwheat sprouts
2 pieces of medium kiwi
1 ripe banana
1/2 large pear or 1 small
leaf of 1 medium bunch parsley
1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
1.5 teaspoons water
Method of preparation :
Peel a banana and a kiwi, slice them together with the pear and put them in a blender. Add the sprouts, parsley leaves and beat until a thick cocktail with uniform consistency.
Pour the drink into tall glass cups and you can decorate with sprouts and fruit slices of pear, kiwi or banana.
