Place a large saucepan of water on the hob and turn on the oven to preheat to 210 degrees.
Wash the Brussels sprouts, cut each piece in half and place in a pan.
Sprinkle with olive oil, salt and sprinkle with ground pepper.
Bake in the oven for 30-40 minutes. During this time, the cabbage should become crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.
When ready, spray it with lemon juice squeezed from half a citrus.
Peel the garlic, chop finely and fry in olive oil until golden. Add it to the cabbage and stir.
When the water on the stove boils, add salt and pour the paste into it. Boil according to the instructions on the package. Do not allow the pasta to boil, let it remain slightly firm.
Drain the liquid and pour the fettuccine into a bowl. Add the Brussels sprouts with the garlic, the juice of the remaining half a lemon and a little olive oil so that the paste does not stick together.
Season with pepper and salt and serve.
