How To Cook Garlic Soup With Onions, Potatoes And Cheese - Recipe

Required products :

  • 2.5 liters of beef broth
  • 4 potatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 4-5 cloves of garlic
  • 1 egg
  • 50 grams of yellow cheese
  • 3-4 slices of bread
  • 4 tablespoons oil
  • 1 teaspoon basil and cumin
  • 1 bunch green spices (parsley, dill, green onion)
  • 1-2 bay leaves

 

Method of preparation :

Peel an onion, chop finely and fry until soft in 2 tablespoons of oil.

Put the broth on the stove and when it boils, pour in the peeled and diced potatoes.

While they are cooking (about 15 minutes), cut the slices into small cubes, which you bake with a little fat until they acquire a beautiful crust.

Pour the fried onion, basil and cumin, the chopped garlic clove in the pan with the almost ready potatoes and add salt.

Beat the egg with a fork and pour it in a thin stream into the soup. Stir and two minutes later remove the pan from the heat.

Pour the soup into bowls and garnish with chopped green spices, grated yellow cheese and crispy bread cubes.

Serve hot.
