Required products :

For herbal oil :

  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic, pressed
  • 1 tablespoon fresh herbs, finely chopped / parsley, basil, rosemary, thyme /

For the parlenka :

  • 1 teaspoon flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/3 teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons fresh herbs, finely chopped
  • 2 teaspoons melted butter
  • 3 tablespoons yogurt
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons fresh milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • a pinch of sugar

For sprinkling :

  • 1 tablespoon fresh herbs

Method of preparation :

 

  • In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with the garlic and herbs. Stir and set aside.
  • In a large bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and garlic powder.
  • Add the fresh herbs and mix well.
  • In a small bowl, mix the milk with the lemon juice. Stir and pour into the dry mixture.
  • Add the melted butter, yoghurt and sugar and knead a soft dough.
  • Cover the bowl with a cotton cloth and let the dough rest for about 5 minutes.
  • Knead briefly, divide into 3 balls and roll them on a floured surface.
  • Heat a Teflon pan over medium heat and put the first pan in it.
  • Cover with a lid and bake for about 2-3 minutes. Turn on the other side and bake for another 1-2 minutes until golden brown spots form.
  • Transfer to a plate, spread with flavored butter and sprinkle with fresh herbs. Repeat with the remaining dough.
  • Put the peppers warm and enjoy them.
