How To Cook Gluten-free Pasta With Beans And Nutritional Yeast - Recipe

We present you an interesting and at the same time very healthy interpretation of the classic cheese pasta. The difference with this recipe is that ours are high in protein, gluten free and free of any animal products. See how to prepare them.

Required products :

  • 1 can of white beans (400 grams)
  • 2 1/2 teaspoon gluten-free bean or lentil paste
  • 1/2 teaspoon water
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 4 tablespoons edible yeast
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

Method of preparation :

In a blender put the canned beans, nutritional yeast, add water and garlic. Season with sesame seeds, turmeric, vinegar and smoked paprika. Blend until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.

Boil the pasta according to the instructions on the package and squeeze it.

Mix the pasta and bean paste - mix them well to taste evenly.

Serve with smoked paprika and a few basil leaves.
