Required products :

  • 230 grams of white grapes without seeds
  • 230 grams of black grapes without seeds
  • 230 grams of flour
  • 1.5 teaspoon leavening agent
  • 125 grams of butter
  • 150 grams of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 160 grams of apricot jam
  • 1 tablespoon fruit liqueur
  • pinch of salt

 

Method of preparation :

Preheat the oven to 190 degrees, grease a detachable baking cake with butter, sprinkle the bottom with flour.

Sift the flour, add the leavening agent and a pinch of salt.

Beat the butter with the sugar and vanilla essence until you get a creamy mixture, to which you add the beaten eggs and 200 grams of both types of grapes. Then add the flour, lemon juice and mix well.

Pour the dough into the prepared form and bake the cake in the preheated oven for about 35 - 40 minutes. Let cool.

Mix the fruit liqueur with the apricot jam and heat the mixture over medium heat. When it cools down, spread half of it on the surface of the dessert, arrange the remaining grapes and finish with the fruit combination.
