Required products :

  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 250 grams of margarine (for pastries)
  • 2 - 3 tablespoons cream
  • 3.5 teaspoons flour
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon soda
  • jam of your choice
  • powdered sugar
  • vanilla sugar to taste

Method of preparation :

Sift the flour and grind it together with the margarine (until lumps form). Then add sugar, salt and stir. Make a dent in the middle and pour in the beaten eggs, cream, baking soda (quenched in vinegar), vanilla sugar and knead the dough. Divide it into 2 parts: store one in the refrigerator and the other in the freezer for 40-50 minutes.

Then evenly distribute the dough from the refrigerator on the bottom of the pan and spread the jam on its surface. Grate the dough that you put in the freezer on top of the jam.

Place the "pie" in the oven and let it bake for 25-30 minutes. When cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
