Required products :

  • 12 cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 cucumber, cut into circles, then each cut in half
  • 12 slices of red onion
  • 12 cubes of feta cheese
  • 12 Kalamata olives

for the dressing:

  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon of sea salt and pepper
  • 12 skewers

Method of preparation :

String on a skewer one cherry tomato, a slice of cucumber, a slice of red onion, a cube of feta cheese and Kalamata olive. In a jar pour olive oil, lemon juice, vinegar, oregano, salt and pepper. Close with a lid and shake. Season the skewers with the dressing and serve.
