Method of preparation:
Pour olive oil into a saucepan and fry the garlic and rosemary. Stir and after a few minutes add the potatoes. Add 4 tea cups of water or broth, put a lid on and cook for 15 minutes. Then add the chickpeas and season with salt, pepper and lemon juice to taste. Cook for another 15 minutes and remove from the heat. Sprinkle portions, garnish with pomegranate seeds, chopped fresh parsley and serve.
