How To Cook Green Beans With Tomatoes And Garlic In The Oven - Recipe

Required products :

500 grams of green beans
150 grams of cherry tomatoes
4 cloves garlic
4 tablespoons olive oil
125 milliliters of white table wine
juice and peel of 1 lemon
bunch parsley
salt and ground black pepper to taste

Method of preparation :

Preheat oven to 200 degrees.

Cut the edges of the green beans and pour it into a suitable form. Add the cherry tomatoes, which you have previously cut into two parts, the garlic cloves and olive oil. Pour half of the white wine and lemon juice, put the grated peel of the citrus and spices. Mix everything thoroughly and cover the dish with foil.

Place the dish in the oven for 10 minutes, then remove, remove the foil, pour the remaining wine and return the pan to the oven until the beans are ready.

Serve with chopped fresh parsley.
