Required products :

  • 2 bananas, cut into circles
  • 1 ripe avocado, cut into small cubes
  • 1 small mango, cut into pieces
  • 100 grams of spinach
  • 250 milliliters of almond milk (coconut or fresh milk)
  • 1 tablespoon almond oil (or peanut butter)

for seed mix :

  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup (honey or agave syrup)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds and flaxseed
  • 4 tablespoons pumpkin and sunflower seeds
  • 4 tablespoons coconut shavings and sliced ​​almonds
  • pinch of cinnamon powder

for serving :

  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup (honey or agave syrup)
  • 175 grams of mixed fresh fruit, chopped (banana, mango, raspberry and blueberry)

Method of preparation :

Cut the bananas and arrange them in a tray covered with parchment paper. Freeze for 2 hours or until hardened.

Preheat oven to 180 degrees and cover the bottom of a baking tray with parchment paper. Combine all the seeds with the maple syrup (or other sweetener), stir and spread in the pan in an even layer. Bake for 10-15 minutes, stirring often, until the seeds are toasted.
