Cut the bananas and arrange them in a tray covered with parchment paper. Freeze for 2 hours or until hardened.
Preheat oven to 180 degrees and cover the bottom of a baking tray with parchment paper. Combine all the seeds with the maple syrup (or other sweetener), stir and spread in the pan in an even layer. Bake for 10-15 minutes, stirring often, until the seeds are toasted.
Blend the avocado, mango, spinach, almond milk and butter, frozen banana and maple syrup (or other sweetener) until smooth. Serve in two bowls and garnish with fresh fruit and mixed seeds.
