Soak the arugula in cold water for an hour, drain, dry and cut. In this way the bitter taste will disappear. Put lettuce in a bowl, add the leaves and season with salt, olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
Stir the mixture and pour it into a plate. Garnish with chopped tomatoes, arrange the prosciutto and sprinkle with roasted sesame seeds. Cool and serve the salad with a drink of your choice.
