Line a 16 cm square baking tray with parchment paper and lightly grease the paper.
Mix peanut butter with maple syrup. Add the oats, blueberries, pistachios and a pinch of salt. Stir to mix the products, then transfer them to the prepared pan.
Press the mixture well, then cool for 1 hour.
Cut into 16 pieces, which can be stored for up to 3 days at room temperature and up to a week in the refrigerator.
