Required products :

  • 1 cup fine oatmeal
  • 1 teaspoon yogurt
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • pinch of salt
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • oil

Method of preparation :

  • Mix all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Heat 1 tablespoon butter in a Teflon pan over medium heat.
  • Pour 1/2 tea cup of the mixture and bake for about 4-5 minutes on the first side.
  • Turn the pancake over and bake for another 2-3 minutes until golden brown. Repeat with the remaining dough.
  • Serve the pancakes warm, garnished with honey, jam or fresh fruit.
