How To Cook Homemade Bread Mixed With Butter, Milk, Sun-dried Tomatoes And Olives - Recipe

Required products :

  • 600 grams of flour
  • 100 grams of butter
  • a handful of dried tomatoes in butter
  • a handful of pitted olives
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt


Method of preparation :

Before you start kneading the delicious bread, turn on the oven to preheat to 220 degrees.

Cut the cold butter into cubes.

 

Cut the tomatoes and olives into large pieces.

 

Pour 500 grams of flour into the bowl of a blender, add baking powder, salt, butter and grind to crumbs.

 

Without switching off the appliance, pour in the milk and 100 milliliters of cold water. Followed by olives and tomatoes, another 25 milliliters of water.

Make a homogeneous dough (it will be sticky) and pour it on a floured surface.

 

Knead, give it a round shape and make a cross cut with a knife on the surface.

Then transfer (help yourself with a knife) in a pan, which you also sprinkled with flour.

 

The dough will be crumbly and irregularly shaped.

 

Bake for 25 minutes.
