Necessary products:

 

for the dough

 

  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 500 grams of flour
  • 1 packet of dry yeast
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 150 milliliters of warm water
  • 1 tablespoon yogurt

 

for pasta

 

  • 200 grams of pitted olives
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 3 sprigs of dill
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil

 

for decoration

 

  • 2-3 chopped pickled peppers
  • 1-2 cherry tomatoes

 

Method of preparation:

 

In a bowl sift the flour, add the sugar, salt and dry yeast. Stir, make a well in which you pour the water, olive oil and yogurt mixed with soda.

Make a dough, shape it into a baguette and place it in a tray lined with a sheet of parchment. Cover in a clean towel, wait for it to double in volume and bake in a preheated 180 degree oven until golden brown. Cool the bread and cut into slices.

Put the olives, garlic, dill and olive oil in a blender. Mash until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Spread the bruschettas with the pasta, garnish with chopped peppers or cherry tomatoes and serve.
