How To Cook Homemade Cauliflower Rice - Recipe

Required products :

  • 1 head of cauliflower, chopped in bulk
  • 1 medium onion, cut into quarters
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice

Method of preparation :

  • Put the onion in a blender and chop finely.
  • Add the chopped cauliflower and turn on the blender again until you cut it evenly.
  • Transfer the mixture to a clean plastic bag with a closing mechanism and store in the refrigerator for up to a week.
  • To cook the cauliflower rice, heat the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add the mixture and stir until the separated liquid evaporates and the pieces begin to look dry.
  • Season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with freshly squeezed lemon juice and serve.
