How To Cook Homemade Chocolate Ice Cream With Pieces Of Toblerone And Biscuits - Recipe

Required products :

200 grams of dark chocolate
400 grams of condensed milk
600 milliliters of liquid cream with a fat content of about 30%
120 grams of chocolate biscuits
100 grams of toblerone (or other similar dessert)

Method of preparation :

Break the chocolate into pieces, put it in a bowl and melt in a water bath or microwave.


Leave for 5 minutes to cool a bit, during which time mix the cream and condensed milk.

 

Beat the combination with a mixer until you get "soft peaks" (about 3-5 minutes). Gradually add the melted chocolate, followed by the broken biscuits and toblerone.

 

Mix everything well and pour into a suitable container to freeze.
Close it and put it in the freezer overnight.
