Necessary products


For cupcakes :

  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons flour
  • 1 1/4 tea cup sugar
  • 1/4 tea cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 tea cup walnut oil
  • 1 cup pre-cooked and cooled cocoa
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup crushed chocolate

For cream :

  • 1 1/4 tea cup sour cream
  • 1/3 tea cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

For the decoration :

  • small pieces of chocolate
  • sugar canes / or colored candies /

Preparation

For cupcakes :

  • While the oven heats to 350 degrees, arrange 18 cupcake tins.
  • In a large bowl, mix the sifted flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder and salt, then mix with a wire whisk.
  • Add the walnut oil, vanilla, cup of cocoa and pre-beaten eggs. Stir vigorously until the mixture is homogenous and add the pieces of chocolate.
  • Spread the dough evenly in the paper cups.
  • Bake for 18-20 minutes or according to the oven. Use a toothpick to make sure they are not left raw.
  • Allow them to cool for about 10 minutes before arranging them on the tray.

For cream :

  • In a medium bowl, mix the sour cream, powdered sugar and vanilla extract.
  • Beat them with a mixer until you get a thick creamy and slightly hard mixture. It is recommended to use the average speed.

Decoration :

  • Using a syringe, shape the sweetened cream onto the cooled cupcakes.
  • Sprinkle with pieces of chocolate.
  • Decorate with sugar canes / or colored candies /.
