Heat the milk for 10 minutes. It should be warm, but not hot. Use a thermometer to read 37 degrees, pour some of the milk into a bowl and add the yogurt.
Season with salt, chili, garlic powder and oregano. Stir until smooth and add the yeast. Combine with the milk mixture, stir and pour into a metal box with a lid.
Wrap it in a blanket and leave the cheese overnight. The next day, remove, spread and enjoy the taste.
