Necessary products:

 

  • 1 onion
  • 1 carrot
  • a few sprigs of parsley
  • 80 grams of butter
  • 50 milliliters of fresh milk
  • 10 chicken livers
  • 1 chicken fillet
  • 1 and 1/2 teaspoon water
  • salt and pepper to taste

 

Method of preparation:

 

Boil, drain, cool the chicken livers and separate the broth. In it, boil the chicken, carrot, onion and add the butter. Allow the mixture to cool, return the livers to it and pour in the milk. Season with salt, pepper, parsley and puree until smooth. Pour the pate into a bowl and refrigerate. Serve cold. Enjoy your meal!
