Necessary products:

 

  • 150 grams of purple sugar
  • 150 grams of powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons rose syrup
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 and 1/2 pinch of vanilla

 

Method of preparation:

 

Put all the ingredients without the powdered sugar in a saucepan, heat on low heat until a sticky mixture and cool.

Using a teaspoon, scoop out of it, pour on baking paper and dry overnight.

Sprinkle with powdered sugar and stir in the violets. Store the candies in an airtight jar in a dry and cool place.
