Necessary products

For the dough:

250 grams of honey
1 teaspoon sugar
4 eggs + 4 yolks
2 teaspoons butter
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
2 teaspoons baking soda
5 teaspoons flour (about 750 grams)

For the glaze:

2 egg whites
140 grams of sugar a
handful of poppy seeds
100 grams of chocolate

Method of preparation :

Mix honey and sugar in a saucepan, place on the stove and stir until the white crystals are completely melted. Allow the sweet combination to cool slightly and then add 4 whole raw eggs and 4 more yolks.

Followed by butter, cinnamon and soda (the mass will foam). Put the pan on the stove and cook for a few minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat.

It's time to add the flour, kneading the dough to a smooth consistency.

Transfer it to a board sprinkled with flour and mix thoroughly. Roll it out, cut it into pieces and shape the legs and caps of the future mushrooms from them.

Arrange the pieces in a pan and bake in a preheated oven. Once cooled, glue them with melted hot chocolate.

Beat the egg whites with the sugar until stiff foamy. Dip the bottom of the mushrooms in it, which you then roll in the poppy seeds.

Dip the hats lightly in the hot chocolate and the cute cakes are ready.

Enjoy your meal!
