Necessary products:
- 4 pieces of hot dog bread
- 4 carrots
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- salt, black and red pepper to taste
- 50 milliliters of tomato juice
- 5 grams of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
- ketchup and mustard for garnish
Method of preparation:
Steam the carrots and place them in a bowl.
Add olive oil, tomato juice, salt, black and red pepper to taste, garlic powder and rice vinegar.
Marinate them for an hour, heat the grill and bake them on all sides. Cut the breads, garnish with the sauces, add the carrots and garnish again with ketchup and mustard. Serve while warm and enjoy their taste.
