As we all know, delicious is not always useful. Often the large amount of calories in food makes us think and we have to limit ourselves to eating our favorite temptations, most often these are sweets and pastries.
We will share with you 5 more recipes to replace some products in the preparation of favorite dishes , thus significantly reducing their calorie content.
Surely you love pizza too? In order not to be so high in calories, replace wheat flour with cauliflower. Interesting, isn't it? Try it and you will make sure that it is delicious. This way you will not consume 200 kcal by eating a slice of pizza, but only 50 kcal.
Divide the cauliflower into small inflorescences, boil them for 5-6 minutes, then grind with a blender. Add eggs and other products to the puree.
You can easily reduce the caloric content of delicious cupcakes by replacing the cream in the recipe (about 190 kcal) with skim yogurt (80 kcal).
You can make a quick diet pie if you make marshmallows from ground walnuts, dates and honey. Form the base for the pie and freeze. No baking! The result: you take 100 kcal instead of 300.
It costs us 530 kcal to eat 100 grams of such a delicious chocolate paste. However, if you prepare it at home from dates, cocoa and cinnamon, the calories drop to 250.
In 100 grams of the tender and delicious cheesecake there are over 320 kcal, which you can cut in half if you make the dough from crushed biscuits and fruit juice, and instead of cheese you use skim cheese.
