Required products :

About the base:

  • 1/2 cup walnuts
  • 1/4 tea cup almonds
  • 2 tablespoons coconut shavings and flax seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon dates and dried figs
  • 1/2 tablespoon water
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

For cream:

  • 1/2 cup cashews, coconut milk and sawdust
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanillin

For decoration:

  • dried figs


Method of preparation :

In a food processor bowl, mix the walnuts, almonds, coconut shavings and flax seeds. Add the dates and dried figs, pour half a spoonful of water and add a little cinnamon. Grind the products and pour the "dough" into a bowl, which you have covered with plastic wrap on the inside.

Press well with a spatula and store in the freezer until a thick, firm base is obtained.

Meanwhile, grind the cashews, gradually pour in the coconut milk and sweeten with honey. Add the vanilla and continue to beat. The texture should become soft and creamy.

Then combine it with the coconut shavings and beat again.

Remove the delicious loaf of nuts and fruits from the freezer. Apply the finished cream on the surface and return the dessert to the freezer for another 2 hours.

Transfer to the refrigerator 15 minutes before serving.

Garnish with pieces of dried figs and enjoy the rich taste.
