How To Cook Ice Cream On A Stick With Baileys And Coffee - Recipe

Required products :

  • 200 milliliters of cream
  • 75 milliliters of baileys
  • 100 milliliters of condensed milk
  • 100 milliliters of chilled espresso
  • 200 grams of dark chocolate
  • 2 teaspoons coconut oil

for garnish:

  • 100 grams of melted white chocolate
  • crushed dried strawberries
  • crushed pistachios
  • chocolate bars, etc.

Method of preparation :

In a large bowl, pour the cream, add bay leaf, condensed milk and coffee. Mix with a mixer until creamy.

Pour the mixture into ice cream molds and freeze overnight.

Crush the dark chocolate finely and melt it in the microwave with the coconut oil (heat it for 30 seconds and stir. If it doesn't melt, heat it for another 20 seconds. Pour it into a tall glass.

Remove the ice cream from the molds and dip it in the chocolate.

Arrange the ice cream in a tray lined with baking paper and return to the freezer for another 15 minutes to harden the chocolate.

Garnish with melted white chocolate and sprinkle with nuts, dried strawberries, chocolate and anything you like.
