Required products :
- 1 iceberg lettuce
- 5 oranges
- 1 avocado, peeled and finely chopped
- 200 grams of feta cheese, crushed
- 1/2 teaspoon olives
- 1/2 teaspoon olive oil
- 1/3 tea cup white wine vinegar
- 1 red onion, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
Method of preparation :
- Peel 2 oranges, clean the skin and cut the orange flesh. Squeeze the remaining 3 oranges.
- Wash, clean and dry the iceberg lettuce and shred the leaves in bulk (or cut with a ceramic knife).
- In a deep bowl, mix the iceberg with the orange slices, avocado and olives. Stir well.
- Serve the salad on a plate and sprinkle with feta cheese.
- Prepare the dressing by mixing 2/3 tea cup of orange juice with olive oil, vinegar and sugar in a clean glass jar. Close it tightly and shake vigorously to combine the ingredients. Add onion and season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
- Season the iceberg lettuce and serve.
