Necessary products:

 

  • 600 milliliters of beer
  • 30 grams of flour
  • 1 cup fresh milk
  • 200 grams of cream cheese
  • 50 grams of butter
  • juice of half a lemon
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 150 milliliters of water
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 clove crushed garlic
  • 150 grams of bacon slices
  • a pinch of cinnamon
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1-2 stalks of chives

 

Method of preparation:

 

Melt and heat the butter in a saucepan. Fry onion, garlic, flour and add beer. Combine milk, cream cheese, lemon juice, egg yolks, water and mix until smooth.

Pour the liquid into the first mixture and bring to a boil. Season with a pinch of cinnamon, salt and pepper to taste. Cool and serve the soup, garnished with roasted bacon and finely chopped chives.
