Required products :

  • vegetables and legumes of choice: carrots, turnips, parsnips, asparagus, cauliflower, peas, beans;
  • fruits of choice: apples, pears, peaches, plums, apricots and others;
  • gelatin

 

Method of preparation :

Wash, peel and clean from unnecessary parts all the fruits and vegetables you have chosen to use to make the jelly. Determine them according to the season and your taste preferences, consider the combination of tastes between them.

Cut them and boil them separately: the vegetables in salted water and the fruits in sweetened water.

Drain the water from the vegetables using a colander, leave to cool.

Make a jelly from the decoction by adding gelatin, which you prepare according to the instructions on its packaging.

In a salad bowl or other container, mix pieces of different fruits and vegetables, pour the cooled gelatin over them and store in the refrigerator until firm.

The result is an interesting and beautiful dish.
