If you think chicken meat is dry or even tasteless, then you simply don’t know how to cook it properly. Just a few secrets will help you prepare a juicy and tender breast that both adults and children will be delighted with.

Marinade. White meat is more neutral in taste than red meat. Therefore, it is best to marinate it before frying or baking. You can add citrus juice to the marinade. Thanks to fruit acids, it will make the meat tender and melt in your mouth. Soy sauce also works great with chicken.

How to properly beat a chicken. If you are cooking chops, be sure to beat the meat through cling film. Otherwise, there is a chance to damage the meat fibers, and the chicken will be dry. To avoid using a kitchen mallet, you can mash the breast with the bottom of a jar or a small skillet. This is a more gentle option that will definitely not damage the meat. Try it for sure!

Breading is another option to keep the fillet juicy. It can be flour, crackers, sesame or bran, for example. If you wish, you can make batter. Thanks to the extra crust, the meat will not dry out in the pan.

Bake in foil or parchment. An alternative would be foil or baking parchment. Just wrap the breast and send it to the oven. All juices will remain inside. In parchment, by the way, you can fry the chicken in a pan.

Cooking time is another important aspect. Chicken fillet cooks relatively quickly. So it is important not to overdo it in a pan or in the oven.

To cook incredibly juicy chicken breast in a pan, we need:

Chicken fillet - 2 pcs.; Soy sauce - 2 tbsp. l.; Orange - 1/2 pc.; Vegetable oil -1 tbsp. l.; Salt and spices - to taste.

Wash the fillet and pat dry. Tap lightly. Salt and add your favorite spices. Put in a deep bowl, add soy sauce and pour in orange juice. Distribute the marinade evenly and refrigerate the chicken for half an hour.

After 30 minutes, heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet. Put the breasts (without marinade) and fry for literally 2 minutes so that the fillet begins to turn white. Turn over, cover with a lid and leave on the lowest heat for 10 minutes. Do not open the lid during frying!

After 10 minutes, remove from heat, but do not remove from the pan for another 10 minutes. Just leave the breasts under the lid alone. And now, after 20 minutes, you can try what happened. Such a fillet can become both a main course and an appetizer or salad ingredient, for example.

Try to cook chicken fillet in this way. And you will be surprised how juicy a lean breast can be. Dietary meat can definitely amaze with its taste!
