Required products :

1 kg of chicken
500 milliliters of beer
700 grams of onion
bay leaf
salt and pepper

water and flour

 

Method of preparation :

Wash the chicken thoroughly, cut it into pieces, season with salt and ground black pepper. Put in a bowl and add the bay leaf.

Peel an onion, chop finely and pour over the meat. Stir and distribute the mixture in pots.
