Learn how to cook "Juicy pork fillet with honey, mustard and aromatic spices". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

1.0 - 1.2 kg of pork fillet or neck

1 liter of water

1 tablespoon salt

1 tablespoon sweet red pepper (can flake)

1 teaspoon Italian spices

1 teaspoon rosemary + 1 sprig fresh

1 tablespoon mustard seeds

1 tablespoon honey (can be replaced with sugar)

1 tablespoon balsamic or apple cider vinegar (can white wine)

3 tablespoons olive oil

0.5 teaspoon thyme (optional)

The recipe is universal and in this way you can cook any meat, not just pork, even poultry.

Method of preparation :

Add 1 tablespoon of salt to 1 liter of water and put the meat in the solution overnight. If you do not have that much time, you can skip the procedure.

Fill a syringe with soy sauce or saline and pierce the meat, inserting the liquid into it.

Mix the dry spices (you can crush them together in a mortar).

In a suitable bowl, put the mustard, honey, vinegar or wine and olive oil. Stir and add the mixture to the spice mix.

Spread the resulting sauce on all sides of the meat, put a fresh sprig of rosemary on its surface.

Wrap the pork in foil or baking paper and place in a preheated 250 degree oven. Leave to cook for about 20 minutes, but no longer.

Turn off the oven and let the meat stay in it until it cools completely.

The juicy and fragrant appetizer is ready. If you want it to be crusty, do not use foil or baking paper.

Minimal effort, and the result is always excellent.

Enjoy your meal!
