Necessary products:

300 grams of mushrooms

10 potatoes

2 onions

1 cup cream

2 tablespoons flour

50 grams of butter

100 grams of yellow cheese

sol

pepper

Method of preparation:

Wash the mushrooms, cut them into cubes and fry in butter until semi-finished. Cut the onion into semicircles, add it to the mushrooms to fry and season with salt and pepper. When everything is ready, add the flour and mix. As soon as you are sure that the flour has dissolved and no lumps have formed in the mushrooms, add the cream (which you prefer).

Wash the potatoes and cut them in half. Using a teaspoon, carve the inside to make potato "bowls", which you arrange in a tray. Fill them with mushroom stuffing and place in the oven for 30 minutes at 200 degrees. Then remove, sprinkle with grated yellow cheese and return to bake until fully cooked (about 20 minutes). The finished juliennes should be covered with an appetizing yellow cheese crust and the potatoes should be golden.

Enjoy!
