Required products :

  • 3 tablespoons myrin sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 250 grams of beef
  • 1 tablespoon crushed garlic
  • 2 teaspoons jalapeno peppers
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons grated ginger
  • 4 tea cups of mung bean sprouts
  • 1/4 tea cup chopped coriander leaves
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 200 grams of baby spinach

Method of preparation :

In a bowl, mix the myrrh, soy sauce and cornstarch.

Heat the oil in a pan and fry the meat (which you have previously cut into small pieces) until cooked. Add the garlic, jalapeno pepper and ginger. Cook them until they release their aroma. Add the sprouts and spinach, a few minutes later, when the spinach softens, add the sesame oil and coriander.

When serving, sprinkle with sesame seeds.
