Necessary products:

500 milliliters of fresh milk

2 tablespoons starch (potato)

2 tablespoons sugar

vanilla

Method of preparation:

Mix the sugar with the starch and dissolve in a little cold boiled milk. The starch is always dissolved in a cold liquid so that no lumps form. Gradually pour the resulting mixture into the boiling milk, stirring constantly until it boils. Add vanilla to the prepared sour (if desired). Distribute the dessert in suitable cups or bowls and allow to cool completely. To prevent crusting on the surface, sprinkle with granulated sugar.

The recipe states the required amount of potato starch, if you decide to use corn - put more (about 3 tablespoons).

If desired, you can add carrots, cherries, cocoa or pieces of fruit.
