How To Cook Lasagna On Roses With Meat, Ricotta And Spices - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Lasagna of roses with meat, ricotta and spices". Delicious recipe.

Italian specialties are known all over the world and are a favorite of everyone. But if there is one thing we like more than the delicious pasta, it is a dish served in an unusual, new and different way. This recipe is just that - familiar and delicious, but at the same time prepared and served in a very unconventional way.

Required products :

  • 1 package of lasagna crusts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 500 grams of minced beef
  • 500 grams of minced pork with spices
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/3 teaspoon basil
  • 1/4 teaspoon parsley
  • 800 ml tomato sauce (550 ml for sauce and separately for watering)
  • 1 can of tomato paste
  • 400 grams of ricotta cheese
  • 2 tea cups grated mozzarella

Method of preparation :

Preheat oven to 190 degrees.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil and fry the finely chopped onion and crushed garlic cloves. Cook until ready. Add both types of minced meat and grind into grains and fry until browned.

Add 2 tablespoons parmesan, 3 tablespoons finely chopped basil, 2 tablespoons parsley and season with salt and pepper. Stir to mix all products.

Add 2 tea cups (550 ml) of the tomato sauce, together with the tomato paste to the other ingredients in the pan. When the sauce boils, reduce the heat, cover and simmer for 45 minutes.

In a bowl, mix the ricotta, 2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley and 2 tablespoons chopped basil. Stir to obtain a homogeneous mixture.

Prepare the lasagna skins as indicated on the package.

Take one crust and divide it crosswise in half (save the other half for later). Put 2 teaspoons of the ricotta mixture on it, sprinkle with a little mozzarella and roll. Do the same with the other crusts - you need to make a total of 12 rolls.

Place each roll obtained in the center of a muffin tin. Put a little mozzarella around each, put 3 tablespoons of tomato sauce with minced meat.

Take the separated sheet and divide it lengthwise into two strips. Wrap each around the roll in the pan, pressing into the meat mixture.

Between the leaves, which you have arranged in the shape of a rose, put 2 tablespoons of the tomato sauce you have set aside.

Sprinkle with a little mozzarella and parmesan.
Bake for 30 minutes, until the pasta is browned and crispy.

Allow to cool for 5 minutes in the form before serving. Serve with tomato sauce.
